You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund.

Email us at charlesfallon08@gmail.com with your order
number. We will issue a full refund to your original
payment method.

If your bottle arrives damaged or defective, send us a
photo and we will refund you in full — no return
shipping required.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval.
